The hotel has a good location for that specific area. Breakfast was descent and not super crowded, good choices overall. The room was okay but the phone did not work, the room service was not available.

O pior hotel de macae que já me hospedei. O hotel tem uma boa localização mas falta conforto e principalmente manutenção. A cama do quarto que fiquei era muito muito ruim e o banheiro era péssimo. A água vazava do box e molhava o quarto, um cheiro de esgoto horrível, a agua quente do chuveiro que deveria ser quente,era morna. Infiltrações no teto do quarto, portas empenadas que só fechavam se batesse com muita força, toalhas velhas e já encardidas. Enfim, experiência péssima.

Bom hotel! Quarto confortável, mas o box é ruim para entrar, a água quente de chuveiro acaba no meio do banho, a Tv não é muito boa e na propagando diz que as portas e janelas são antirruídos, porém dá para escutar todo o barulho da rua. Mas no geral, pode se dizer que é uma boa estadia.

Foi uma experiência ruim! O hotel precisa de uma reforma urgente! Não há manutenção em nada! Cheiro de mofo no quarto com vazamento, ar condicionado imundo! Cheio de ácaros. Toalhas manchadas, móveis em deterioração, o ar nao funcionava, portas emperradas.Deveria ser inerditado no mínimo !!!!

Não foi a nossa primeira vez no hotel. Percebi que houve mudanças na equipe. Na recepção dessa vez deixou muito a desejar nas informações, cordialidade e simpatia (Dan). Estranhei bastante. No quarto precisei de toalhas, tive que ir buscar na recepção, a mesma pessoa que nos atendeu na chegada disse que que estava só. Se não bastasse, o kit de toalhas que me entregou tinham 3 toalhas de rosto. Só percebi quando cheguei no quarto. Desisti e não fui trocar... No restante, quarto, conforto e o café da manhã continuam excelentes.
