Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. I had trouble sleeping and meetings with Asia and needed to drive long hours. I couldn't fall asleep again. It was unsafe for me to drive. I had to make so many stops for coffee and washing my face. Endless day. The hotel should really invest on training the staff to avoid such episodes from ever happening again.

Foi a segunda vez que me hospedei com minha esposa no Royal Urban ,tendo em vista a localização estratégica entre a praia dos cavaleiros e o centro da cidade de Macaé .O serviço de quarto e restaurante são muito bons entretanto, faltou instalar uma torradeira elétrica objetivando aquecimento do pão.Segundo informações obtidas, houve defeito e ainda não foi consertada e/ ou substituída.

Se superou em ser ruim!
Já estive em centenas de hotéis e esse se destacou pela antipatia e indiferença do staff conosco. Chegando no hotel, 40min pra fazer o check-in. Fila enorme. Até ai ok, acontece. Subimos, finalmente! Só que o quarto estava sem cobertores e sem papel higiênico suficiente (tinha um rolo ja usado). Tentamos ligar varias vezes pra portaria pra solicitar mas ninguém atendia. O ar também não queria ligar. Ok, fomos conhecer a cidade e depois resolveríamos isso. Quando voltamos informamos na portaria os problemas e disseram que seriam brevemente resolvidos. Em relação ao ar, nos explicaram que ele é acionado por um botão na parede distante do aparelho, não indicado. Conseguimos ligar. As outras reclamações não foram resolvidas, fomos dormir. No outro dia quando estávamos saindo a camareira perguntou se queriamos arrumação. Dissemos que sim e saimos... quando voltamos o nosso quarto não tinta sido arrumado. Tentamos ligar na recepção e ninguém atendeu. Descemos e nos disseram que seria arrumado na parte da noite. Não foi. Como ninguém arrumou nosso quarto, ficamos com as toalhas de banho úmidas. De manhã pedimos toalhas pra usar a piscina (pois no terraço não tem toalhas e nem staff, além de ser isolado e mal sinalizado) e não foram do quarto entregar. 1h após, pedimos novamente e finalmente veio. Nosso banheiro estava com vazamento na tubulação da pia, ficou todo alagado. Unica coisa que valeu a pena foi o café da manhã..
