Equipe educada e muito prestativa. Quarto grande e limpo porém o Ar condicionado estava pingando no quarto e cortinas com várias partes faltando o blackout, sol entrava direto no quarto.

Razoável até pque a limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. Fora que ficamos sem frigobar basicamente até a noite qdo constatamos que não estava funcionando e precisou ser trocado após solicitado. Creio que antes da entrega da chave deveria ser verificado tudo e não acontece.

Desde o contato por WhatsApp, check-in e check-out todos com cortesia e acolhimento. Chegamos pouco antes do horário check-in e almoçamos no restaurante da pousada. Em seguida o quarto estava disponível. Quarto limpo, banheiro amplo, vista para área da piscina. Camas confortáveis, roupa de cama e banho limpas e macias. A equipe muito educada, gentil e solicita. Pra quem tem crianças tbm é excelente. Haviam muitas lá. Casais, famílias grandes e pequenas. A piscina de adulto não é grande mas as infantis são. Mas da pra utilizar, pra tomar sol nas áreas ao redor, tem bar na piscina e até uma pizzaria excelente. Super recomendo.

Lugar bacana
A estadia foi muito boa, o atendimento excelente, a parte de lazer achei razoável, a piscina de adulto é pequena mas a infantil é grande, boa para crianças pequenas menores de 8 anos de idade. O ambiente de lazer no geral é agradável e os demais equipamentos atendem quem está com família e crianças. O hotel em si está bem localizado, não é beira mar mas está muito próximo para ir a pé. O restaurante é pequeno para suportar muitos hóspedes e acho que deveria abrir entre 6hs e 6:30 pois fica muito cheio e só esvazia as 9 h porque abre as 8h. Tirando o espaço pequeno a qualidade e comida é excelente, tanto no café quanto nas demais refeições que vendem, vale muito a pena mas o melhor é pedir e retirar no restaurante porque para entregar no quarto cobra taxa que considero alta, é muito mais fácil o hóspede retirar. Finalizando a avaliação não pode faltar o banheiro que não achei bom. Precisa melhorar os chuveiros com sinais de ferrugem, deve ser da maresia, mas a regulagem de temperatura da água é fácil. Agora o problema dentro do box de banho é faltar suporte para colocar shampoo e sabonete, a saboneteira que tem está quase caindo. Outro ponto precário do banheiro é a higiene, a limpeza dele precisa ser melhorada. No quarto o ar condicionado é ótimo e os móveis e cama também, só o interfone que não gostei da localização e também tomar cuidado que tem muita formiguinha na mesa atrás de alimentos, melhor guardar no frigobar que funciona bem mas é vazio, melhor ainda, gosto assim.
