"Area was not great but we felt safe in the hotel. Hotel is clearly dated and shabby maintenance work is done, but rooms were clean and nice. Beds were very comfortable. For the cost they were great, definitely would stay here again. "

"Was great from the moment we stepped into the door. The staff was warm and welcoming. They gave my son stickers and an ice cream. When we went down for breakfast the am staff was just as friendly. Breakfast both days were delicious and had a huge variety. Housekeeping came to make sure we didn’t need anything since we were staying 2 nights. I have no complaints and if I travel to Cincinnati again, I will definitely stay here again! "

"Overall the property was clean, but it was run down looking. It needed remodeled and the parking lot needed to be refinished. The beds were not very comfortable and the elevator sounded like it was going to stop working at any second. Every time the door would open it would make a loud bang noise. "

"When I need to fly into Cincinnati for work, I always stay on the Kentucky side at this hotel. Very clean, has a gym to workout, staff is amazing! So many shops and restaurants on the river literally right down the street. You feel safe walking around. Great location. Easy to cross the bridge into Cincinnati. I have stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed."
