"Having spent years staying in National chain hotels this pub was exceptional & a breath of fresh air. Friendly helpful staff, comfortable bed & clean on suite rooms. Breakfast was probably the best freshly cooked that I've ever had. 5* for me. I would definitely recommend."

"We booked family room for 4, the room had a made up double bed and a sofa which only had a duvet, no linen or pillows. Only 2 mugs for teas. On arrival we were told they didnt do breakfast which was included in our stay, the Landlord then cooked us croissants the night before to take to our room for the morning. "I loved staying at Jacob's Ladder. The rooms are gorgeous and the owners are fabulous. You can walk all over Falmouth from this location. The pub is fun and family friendly. The food is great. My room was very quiet. I'll definitely stay here again!! "
