"Here for UCSF medical center and didn’t know the area. I feel very lucky to have booked our room here not only is it ten minutes from the hospital but it feels safe and cozy. Management and employees have been very accommodating and gave us a break with parking a little longer than checkout time. Rooms are very clean and relaxing. There is no additional charges for parking, using the refrigerator, etc. Again very grateful for this place in such a stressful time."
