"This is standard hotel stay. Breakfast could have more options. Parking for bigger vehicles is an issue because their is no turning capabilities and back gates are closed. This is an egress issues. They should consider. It locking and putting in automatic gates so people could have one more means of egress. "

The room was super nasty and dirty, and it felt like no one cared about the basic needs of the guests. I couldn’t believe how poorly the room was kept. To make things even worse, I took clear pictures of the bed bugs and the filthy room, and I went straight to the management to ask for a refund. They refused to give me my money back, even with the proof right in front of them. Their attitude...
