"The room was nice,it is above a pub and right in the centre of the town centre which is exactly what we wanted. It was great to have live music in the pub on the Saturday night so we didn't have to go far at the end of the night."

"Nice place to stay You need to walk to the Olive Branch for dinner (not far but best to have a coat and umbrella) Breakfast only started at 7.30 so if you are there for business and have an early start this is not ideal Other than that a very nice place to stay"

"It was terrible!!! Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!! Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!! We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK "

"A beautiful place to stay if you’re visiting Bournemouth or the surrounding area. Everything was perfect. Pre arrival information and communication was spot on and our reception on arrival by David and Pumpkin immediately made us feel at home. We stayed in the Spa room which I can highly recommend. The kitchen was exceptionally clean and guest ready. We chose to cook breakfast and take it to our room. David and Pumpkin were both on hand to ensure we had everything we needed. I can highly...
