"We have just returned home from an excellent 5 night stay at Balincourt. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The accomodation was top class and the breakfast options very good. The location couldn't have been more convenient with bus stops adjacent and a pub opposite."

"A beautiful place to stay if you’re visiting Bournemouth or the surrounding area. Everything was perfect. Pre arrival information and communication was spot on and our reception on arrival by David and Pumpkin immediately made us feel at home. We stayed in the Spa room which I can highly recommend. Small bathroom, but clean & nice towels. Great breakfast, with good quality sausage & bacon. Excellent position in town. Free parking in nearby carpark using hotel's parking permit."

"Excellent room and location. As I was due to arrive on the bank holiday Monday, Sarah kept me well informed on how to check in. She was also in charge of house keeping, and reception duties, and managing maintenance -- she's a real star. Many thanks for a lovely stay."

"Bit of a pain having to check into a different hotel before going to the one I actually booked. But for the price it was fine, clean and tidy. Very noisy though with traffic outside and people walking about on creaking floorboards and every door slamming. "
