"It was the front room of a townhouse converted to a bnb so there were no thrills. The bathroom was ensuite and had free wifi which was not secure but did the job if you’re using other security measures. There was no do not disturb tag for the door and I think someone entered my room while I was still asleep. "

"This is both an amazing location and an amazing hotel. Rob, the host, was a perfect one. He welcomed us, told us god places to eat etc and explained how the car park worked. The room was amazing. Clean, tidy and with the most amazing sea view. Coffee making facilities, toiletries and towels were pristine and the building was in superb condition. "A beautiful place to stay if you’re visiting Bournemouth or the surrounding area. Everything was perfect. Pre arrival information and communication was spot on and our reception on arrival by David and Pumpkin immediately made us feel at home. We stayed in the Spa room which I can highly recommend.
