"The property was located on a main road but a little way from town. Nothing was more than about 10 minutes or so. The pool was nice but the steps to get into the hot tub were somewhat difficult to ues. The steps were a pool ladder, but someone who is a bit older or with knee problems might have some difficulty. Breakfast was good other than not having bananas."

"The host was fantastic with communication. We really enjoyed our time. Part of the house was really great and I could tell they are working to update it. The pillows, sheets, towels all were nice and comfy and looked new. "The rooms are suites with eating area, wet bar, couch, fireplace and porch looking out on nature. Only 10 rooms in the lodge. There are many walking trails and you can circle the whole lake in less than 1.5 miles. Wonderful food and there is a small snack shop. Bring your own wine for dinner. Very very nice secluded spot. "
