Super clean thoroughly sanitized vacation home with a 6 person hot tub, in a fully enclosed cedar gazebo with ambiance lighting. Water is changed and the hot tub sanitized between guests. In the heart of Wellston, Michigan! Lovely 4 bedroom, 2 full bath home with knotty pine, satellite TV, DVD! There's more! A/C, WIFI, on-demand hot water heater so everyone gets a hot shower! This super clean home that sleeps 11 is the one you've been searching for and couldn't find in Wellston!

The living room sports 1 leather sofa,1 leather sectional, and one recliner, so everyone can sit comfortably and visit or watch TV! There is a fireplace also!

The attached screened in deck has a futon that can be used as a bed when weather permits. There's also a fire ring in the back yard with plenty of seating, plus picnic tables and swing set, and a open deck with a propane grill. Shaded front yard and spacious back yard are fun for everyone!

NO SMOKING (except for outside, screen porch included), and NO PETS in this clean vacation rental. Towels & linens are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials - 2 refrigerators, one with an ice maker/water dispenser, and a second refrigerator, perfect for fisherman and large groups. Electric oven/range, dishwasher, toaster, 2 coffee makers, microwave, hand mixer, popcorn popper, dishes, glasses (wine, champagne, shot), pots, pans, silverware, utensils, bakeware.

4 bedrooms plus an alcove sleep up to 11 people in real beds! A queen size air mattress and a porta-crib are also provided. Two full baths, one with a walk-in tile shower with bench complete with wall heater, the other with tub/shower combo. Both baths have fans as well.

Bedroom 1: King Bed with TV & satellite. Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with TV & satellite. Bedroom 3: 2 Twin Bunk Set w TV/DVD. Bedroom 4: Twin over Full Bunk with TV, DVD & satellite. Alcove - 2 XL Twin Bunk Set for the tall guys.

Wellston, Michigan is sheltered deep within the Heart of the Manistee National Forest, on the NW side of Lower Michigan. Enjoy the best of nature. Wellston is the place for outdoor activities because it's in the midst of nature’s year round playground, offering activities such as biking, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, hiking, hunting, morel mushroom hunting, skiing, swimming, snowmobiling, and so much more. The fall Salmon run is amazing, plus Wellston is just minutes from the Little River Casino.

Wellston has 1 diner, 1 bar restaurants, 3 tackle shops, a grocery store, 3 convenience stores (1 with a meat counter, less than a mile away) and more to meet your vacation needs. Just a few miles to the Dublin General Store with over 50 varieties of world-famous jerky. Less than 10 minutes to Tippy Dam and less than 10 minutes to the backwaters! And just a couple minutes to Fishermen’s Headquarters, Pappy's Bait & Tackle shop. Close to Irons - Oak Grove Tavern & Brooks Corner.

Our group enjoyed our stay at this home. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and just a short walk to the beach. We really loved using the hot tub and chilling by the firepit at night.

Easy rental and good for family or group. We didn’t have much snow but can see how this location would be great for fishing trip or snowmobile base camp! We used it as a middleground between Caberfae and Crystal mountain for day trips and it was perfect for that location as well.

Very Clean!
This place was very clean! We definitely will be returning to stay here. The house is a nice size, kitchen was big so we didn't feel crowded as we were cooking, enough space for all of us to hang together in the living room. The Hot tub was very clean. Not all the Jets worked and not a lot of water pressure, but it was nice to sit in after a long day on the trails.

ATV getaway
We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for parking with having trucks and trailers for our ATV's. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. The hot tub was very nice for relaxing after a day of riding. Having 2 full baths was very nice and the 2 refrigerators came in handy too. Quiet neighborhood and the hosts were very quick to respond with any questions. The beach area was close by with a small playground there. Dublin General Store was only about 3 minutes from the house which we visited often. Lots to see and do in the area.

Good, but….
Very clean, plenty of towels. Mattresses were very hard. You have to bring your own toilet paper which is not in the listing nor was it communicated to us. That would have been helpful to know prior to arrival. No kitchen accessories such as foil or plastic wrap, but we did appreciate the extensive spice cupboard. No heat in the bedrooms so we got very cold at night. Hot tub was nice and we enjoyed it.

Wonderful super clean house with awesome hot tub!
The house was well-appointed and super, super clean! The hot tub was awesome and just as pictured. Flat screen TVs throughout, WiFi, dish network. It was only the 2 of us and we stayed in the master which has a king sized bed. Very comfortable - we slept better than we have in a long time. About a 20 minute drive to downtown Manistee where you can enjoy Bluefish restaurant (upscale), The Filmore (casual bar and restaurant), TJ's Pub (great unique food, under the Ramsdell Inn;) North Channel Brewing (awesome!), the Vogue theater and cute shops like The Happy Owl Bookstore and The Ideal Kitchen. We go up north every year for husband's birthday/Super Bowl and this year was really great! The house is set up for comfort with big leather sofas and big flat screen TV in the living area. Dennis is so easy to work with and very responsive. The neighborhood seemed a bit "hit and miss" when we first drove in, but we didn't see one neighbor the whole time we were there. Very quiet and the house itself is in a nice setting. We'd go back again for sure!!

Wonderful stay!
The place was large and great for bigger groups. It was super clean. Living room was comfy and had room for everyone. I stayed in the room behind the living room tv. The area was nice and quiet with plenty of parking space. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was great. Plenty of room for all of us. The location served us well due to our charter trip out of manistee. We enjoyed the screened in porch and the outdoor space. Played a lot of games at the dining table. Kitchen well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Lots of closets and storage if I had to say one negative it would be better pillows. But thats a personal thing. astoraaccommodate everything.

The house was very very clean. Everything was so organized. The owners provided all the essentials of home. We loved sitting on the screened in porch in the morning having our coffee. The beds were cozy and it was nice eating as a family at the large kitchen table. Loved having the hot tub to relax in the evening.

The kitchen is AMAZINGLY well equipped including every spice you can imagine. The two refrigerators made keeping items separate for two families. All bedrooms are clean with lots of options for clothes storage. All seating, with the exception of dining room chairs are extremely comfortable and just sucked us in! The 55 Meat Market has one of the best, most compressive, and most reasonably priced meat case I’ve ever seen. A must see is the Dublin General store for almost everything including a dozen or more types of homemade jerky. (I recommend the kangaroo and the Honey Mustard.) The variety of outdoor entertainment options in the area is amazing and kept our 10 year old quite busy! The old folks (us) took a day trip to travel the Mackinac Bridge.

Very nice home!
The home was very clean. We loved that we could all sit in one room together. There were 7 adults total. Having 2 bathrooms was a must and they were both very nice. All amenities we needed were at the home and a DG store very close to get anything we wanted. Sitting outside or on the enclosed screen porch was very peaceful. The hot tub is huge and very clean! Most of all, the owner responded very quickly to any questions and was very friendly. If we are ever in the area again, we will look for this home first!
