"This is one of the Greatest Hotel in Addis Abeba, Ethiopia @ Bole area. I was staying for 8 weeks. The PRICE is fair with nice free breakfast plus free shuttle service. (Specially if you booked on Expedia.com) The ROOM are so CLEAN,BIG & some of them are with balcony with great views. The room is cleaning everyday. The LIGHT and WATER is always ON. Which means if something is happening they have generator to turn on back. The EMPLOYEES are all of them so friendly. ( my Favorite front deck...

"The address and the location on the map don't fit. Tried to find it with the map location, not existing. The telephone number was also wrong, we gave up. All telephone numbers are wrong, one is +254 which is not Ethiopia, the Ethiopian number is a private number which has nothing to do with the hotel. I never saw this hotel. I hope no money was booked from my credit card."

"I booked through expedia and they confirmed that they did not see any booking. I then booked physically on the 14th April and checked out on the 16th April 2018 due to the poor condition of the rooms. Therefore, I spent 2 nights and paid USD70 cash. I was not refunded my USD256 that I paid electronically through expedia. Therefore, Expedia must refund my money (usd256) that I did not utilize. I stayed in different hotel for the remaining day until 20 April 2019. I am really disappointed"

"We stayed at the Dimitri for 4 days, with a 2 day absence in the middle. The staff was very helpful and kept our luggage secure while we were gone. The room was spacious, and the location convenient. The only downside was being on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Good included breakfast and restaurant. Very pleasant stay. "
