"The property was clean and the staff was extremely helpful in every way imaginable. Any issue I had was addressed with kindness and high concern. The rooms were clean and the showers appeared newly installed. The staff helped me call many times for a taxi, given I did not speak their language which made navigating through the country much easier. "I contacted the hotel in middle of the night to arrange airport transfer. They replied within 5 minutes & that gave me confidence that they look after their guests. Room was was spacious, nice and cleaned daily. I requested a room change and this was done without hesitation. "The front desk employees and the manager are the worst i ever seen. The rooms are bad and no hot water in the room to shower. Food is bad. They advertise that they have a shuttle but they don't send any one to pick you up from the airport. I had to pay money and take a taxi to the hotel where i stayed only 1 day. Wat a disgusting place and managers. I don't know how this hotel got 4 star!"

"Great Hotel property. Around it things are Beginning to build up but not the best location at the present. Room was good, bed a bit hard but still ok for sleeping. A small thing is I ask Room service for 3 days for a coke or Pepsi. They never had. All they had was Miranda or Schweppes. For the price it's the best I have stayed at in Addis and I've been going regularly for over 15 years. I will stay there again. "
