"Das schlimmste was ich erlebt habe. Wir haben direkt ein anderes Hotel gesucht. Erschüttert hat mich Expedia, hab direkt Expedia kontaktiert, weder Hilfe bekommen, noch bekomme ich mein Geld zurück. Wir waren 2 Frauen mit 2 Hunden und hatten echt Angst um unser Leben. Wieso bietet man so eine Unterkunft an? Wir sind Fassungslos. "

Got moved to the next floor, room 107, but no power there either or heating, so returned our stuff back to 212 where briefly he was able to get power on to.There was an emergency phone number, but we only found this the next day during the move on the 1st floor. "Fantastic apartment. Right in the centre of the town. Close to shops bus/ train stations and beach. Smart decor. From the write up I hadn’t realised there were two sofa beds. It was a little uncomfortable. Cleaning cloths left for us along with toilet paper hand wash etc! "
