"The location of the hotel is within walking distance of the Blankenberge Train Station. We stayed two night/three days before catching the tram to Zeebrugge for a cruise (easy to do). The front staff were friendly. The room was comfortable and we slept well after the traffic died down. The only negative was that our room was next to a major street so it was noisy. Possibly the inner rooms could be quieter. Otherwise we enjoyed hotel and location was safe and easy to get to the ocean. We visited in October so the area was quiet."

"We do not understand the 1 star rating. The room was freshly renovated. The shower is hands on the best I have encountered in a hotel better than my own shower. On top of that the staff were so friendly there was a personal touch that we felt. Breakfast is very good an again the personal touch. The entrance is not yet renovated but honestly there more stars here! "
