"It’s very obvious it’s off season in Blankenberg. Sadly that means that some of the advertised facilities are not available.. pity. Breakfast looked nice, would have liked some but doesn’t start till 8 which is too late for me and anyone else who has to be at work… pity."

"Pros: good breakfast, friendly staff and generally clean Cons: no airconditioning and too hot, even with windows open plus excessive street noise. Fridge in room not working No glasses or china cups provided, only disposable items, poor quality for 4* hotel and not eco friendly. Half used toilet roll - not acceptable Broken USB port, broken door handle to Juliette balcony. TV had been wall mounted directly in front of a picture - why?? Towels very small and poor quality"
