Der Balkon jedoch ist nicht nutzbar, da er durch Mövenkot stark verschmutzt ist und dem Balkontisch ein Bein fehlt. Die "Aussicht" lässt ebenfalls viel zu wünschen übrig (auf baufällige Hinterhöfe). Ein Nachteil dieses Hauses ist, dass es direkt neben dem Warenlager eines Supermarktes liegt, der montags bis samstags ab 4:30 h recht lautstark beliefert wird und die Wand zu diesem...

"Nous avons apprécié notre studio bien aménagé et très bien situé. Il aurait été plus judicieux de mettre une machine à laver le linge plutôt qu’une machine à laver la vaisselle que nous n’avons pas utilisé du tout durant notre séjour … mis à part ce détail c’était super !"

"Appartement tres bien situé. Place de parking tres appréciable ! Tram au pieds du logement tout comme le Front de mer et le centre ville tout en étant au calme. Bien équipé et propre. Seul hic pas de draps plats pourtant prévus pour les lits à l arrivée Fragilité des volets côté chambre. Mais la gentillesse et la grande disponibilité du responsable d agence compensent ces aléas."

"Die Punktvergabe sagt hoffentlich alles. Einziger Nachteil: die vorgesehene Müllentsorgung richtet sich ausschließlich an Gäste mit Auto. Wer mit der Bahn kommt, muss Müll und Glas zu Fuß durch die Stadt tragen oder mit schlechtem Gewissen die Müllbehälter im Bahnhof "missbrauchen"."
