"I know there's not much you can do about how people behave on Spenard, so I'm just going to talk about the Inn itself. The room was small but serviceable. The bed was fine, and the internet was fantastic. The shower, however, was a deal-breaker. I don't know if all the showers are like this, but mine was designed to only give hot OR cold water. You got all or nothing. I had no idea they even made showers like that in the last 50 years. It was clean, but my only choices were scalding water...

"The young man at the front desk, did not listen to me when I was explaining I was using 2 cards to pay with 1 for the deposit and the other for the payment. He ended up charging me the full amount on one card and another room charge on the other, all while telling me not to worry. Our lake front cabin located by Big Lake in Wasilla, Alaska. The frozen lake and everything else around was covered in a white winter wonderland during the cold season. At nightfall, the temperature drops as low as 8 degree Fahrenheit. Chilly but beautiful. What a view waking up every morning.
