"South Addition/ Cedar Alley was the perfect cozy cottage for my skit trip! The hosts offered my choice of breakfast items, including bread, peanut butter, K cups, milk and coffee creamer. They gave a little tour when I got there, and were so friendly and welcoming! The jet bathtub was also a nice bonus. The location is within 5 minutes of downtown and is plenty quiet. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Anchorage! "

"We came during the off season (January) and the house was perfect for our stay. Clean, cute and nice/new appliances. Having the garage to park in was a nice bonus. The floors in the house are concrete, so bring slippers or house shoes. "

"The property was close to many amenities(good restaurants, coffee shop) a short walk away but the property itself was in a fairly run down part of town. I think a new coat of paint and some deep cleaning on the heating unit would really freshen the place up. There was a nice supply of kitchen essentials and the best quality paper towel and toilet paper. It was a very good price for what it was but we didn't love it."

"Absolutely loved everything about this place!! Quiet, clean, above and beyond with the little extras. The guest book was a great touch. Loved reading it. The bed and pillows were perfect!!! Couldn't figure out all the light switches and ceiling fan. But it was ok with out it. Will definitely recommend and rent again!!! "

"Communication with the property manager was prompt and helpful, even arranged return of a left item after our departure. The house was clean and well appointed with amenities including a variety of kitchen cooking items left behind by previous visitors. My boys loved the yard and the opportunity to play in the snow. We had issues getting into the property on arrival but a quick call to the property manager sorted things out. "

"What a charming cabin! It was very welcoming. I greatly appreciated the instructions that were texted to us, and that were left in the cabin. That was very helpful. We had a very relaxing stay and a lot of fun. It was great to have the games and the DVDs there; our grandchildren spent a couple of nights with us, as well, because it was such a nice place. "This home was larger than we thought it looked online, an older home but cozy. We had an extended stay and had no problems fully living life in here. Really is dog friendly. We and our dog were endlessly entertained by the local dogs which were insanely friendly. A nice safe area for walking with amazing views of mountains. Loved the drive, and Hatcher Pass and Government Peak are minutes away."
