"The hotel is nice and was updated fairly recently. Bedding comfortable. Unfortunately, there were multiple rooms of high school students there for a tournament. While the adults tried to keep them quiet, they were loud at 10:30 - 11 pm and again in the morning 6:30 - 7 - doors slamming, opening, yelling, knocking, some running down the halls. Luckily we were only there 2 nights and the adults really did try -- which we appreciated. Would have been nice if they had put all the rooms...

"Our first room (room 205) was not good. Outlets by bed didn’t work, drain was clogged in shower and the mattress was the absolute hardest thing I’ve ever slept on. I think the floor would’ve been softer than that bed. Luckily, the night shift manager was super helpful and moved us to a different room and it was much better! Beautiful room with comfortable bed. Very happy overall and grateful for the great customer service by Cassidy. "

"Everything was great. Newer-looking hotel. Everything functioned, and was clean. Front desk was very friendly. A couple of things were out of order, or missing from breakfast, but not a big deal. A solid choice to hang your hat for the night."

"Room & restroom were clean. Front desk staff friendly. Woke up to no water one morning. Called front desk they immediately apologized for the inconvenience and offered a room switch. Luckily water came back on. Overall good stay "
