Most importantly they are pristinely clean. The staff is friendly, helpful, and highly efficient. The location is perfect and parking is on site and garaged. You absolutely cannot beat this value. I am a repeat guest—anytime I am in Oakland for business, this is where I stay. "

"We were going to a show at the Oakland Arena and the La Quinta is very close so we could walk and miss the traffic and parking fee. The staff was very nice, room was clean, free breakfast, free on site parking and pet friendly. The area around the hotel seemed sketchy and a police officer warned us to be very careful while walking."
