A a top line of issues as a list in order to keep this concise - check in was weird as front desk person was in the back on their phone - no water access for 2-3 hours TWICE during the stay. Both times affected schedules and well being during the trip. Took a video of second occurrence - A rat in the tub which was living in the drain, making it unsuitable to use(one of the reasons I booked this room) - the a/c dripping during the first night....
