"The villa was a bit run down but we expect that now. The big problem was the service, including the cleaning. The place overall was a bit grubby and even though it is advertised as daily housekeeping we only really had one clean, and that was after two nights. We had to ask for fresh towels on day 3 and the ones we got were musty. They said they would be back with more but never came. "We stayed at this wonderful property for 4 nights in October '24. Outstanding location right on the beach and walking distance to some great restaurants and excellent surf. The property itself is gorgeous with traditional Balinese architecture and amazing gardens and pool areas. What really makes it though is the staff, Made and his team were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble and they even cooked us a beautiful Indonesian style banquet on our last night.
