The reasons I am not giving it 5 stars are that I did not realize the room did not have a window (possibly in the listing that I missed and possibly helpful for noise, which was not an issue at all, given the location could be loud at busy times) and the bathroom was not ideal:...

The host was easy to communicate with. We recommend taking some time to walk around Old San Juan – it's worth exploring."
