"BEWARE!!! EXTREAMLY IGNORANT INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT. enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi the first night i stayed. Decided to stay again two nights later after my work in the area finished. I was one number off on my phone numer on the site Ive booked about 20k of hotels and flights with expedia in the last couple years. I guess the number matched another expedia customer and i was flagged for fraud. Just about to enjoy the pool and a chicken dinner when the female manager and a army...
