You'll also be content if you feel "security" means a wide open front lobby door at 1:30 am and the "guard"...

"Nice apartment for the price. Ashvin and his wife are very pleasant people. The lady housekeeper was very nice also. Walkable to the big mall and food court and walkable to the beach and bus line to other beaches. All in all a very enjoyable stay."
