"Arriving at 3.30 we had to fight our way to the bar of this Irish club to check in (it happened to be St. Patrick's Day !) The barmaid did come and show us our room however, a triple with 3 single beds. It was very cold and the radiator stayed stone cold until at least 7 p.m. and was cold in the morning when we were getting up. The room was very basic and there was no waste paper bin. "Good stay at the Pear Tree Inn! Staff were great, calling me as I was arriving late and sending across a AVT invoice quickly (as there is no one there on checkout)! There is no hairdryer in the room - I didn’t realise this until the morning and there was no one downstairs to ask! "

Another block added from the pub gets you to the convenience/grocery store. Another block along the river gets you to the manor house and gardens. "Most of Westminster College is used for students. The room was comfortable and had a mini kitchen. The breakfast included in the cost of the room is a full English breakfast, and was excellent. Be aware that the rooms are not cleaned daily - you can expect rooms to be cleaned every 3 days, however you can get extra supplies from Reception. I highly recommend the property."

"It was good experience overall, nice, clean good size room, comfortable bed and pillows. Person who checks the room helped me to find way to main door and my room, helped me with code to doors. Only on first night I had issue with noise from banging doors, even I had earplugs. Also no soap in bath. Just waiting for my 50 pounds to be returned for security deposit. "

Now for the cleanliness. 0/10 this was actually.an helath hazard the bedsheet jad been changed besides that the room hasnt been cleaned for at least 20 years. Id rate it 0 stars if possible, I slept in my clothes on top of a coat. Absolutely Horrid. The pictures are a far far cry from the reality."
