When I arrived at lunch to leave my baggage before check-in (and I emailed ahead to check it was ok) there was nobody there, and no sign saying when someone would be back. I waited around 45mins before eventually going and finding the cleaners who were helpful. I didn't bother trying to leave my bags after checking out....
