"This property was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a bit of a trek from the Kofu Station, so getting around by train took some effort. The unit is small, but we just needed a place to sleep at night after our long days exploring, so the price was good for our needs. They even provide the toiletries and sleep shirts like a larger hotel would do. "

"Outside of town slightly easily reached by local bus or a walk, but the location was superlative for walks with gorgeous views by the lake and mt Fuji. Good sized room with two beds so room to move. Next to a great Houtou noodle restaurant. "

"Really great hostel! The common areas and bathrooms were very clean, the room was really spacious and the mattresses were comfortable. We got a great view of mt fuji as well. Only complaint would be the heavy smell of cigarette smoke, likely from the previous occupants"

"The staff were, friendly, helpful and willing. The place itself was spotlessly clean, both my room and the facilities. It is within an easy walk of the train and bus stations as well as Kawaguchiko Lakeside. I couldn't have asked for better accommodation, would definitely stay there again."
