"Staff were lovely, great location and great value for money. Could be cleaner, a lot of dust especially underneath the bed. Maybe supply extra bedding during the winter months as a thin sheet is very little but other than that we had a wonderful time in Rome and in Dem Hotel!"

"I have stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and it was really pleasant experience. The location is perfect for exploring the city. Both, bus and metro station are super close. The hotel is clean and personnel friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and having coffee machine with beautiful Lavazza coffee every morning was a big plus for me. "We had a comfortable stay for our Rome holiday. The hotel was in a great location only 3 minutes walk to Termini station. Plenty of shops and restaurants and takeaways nearby. We felt very safe during daytime and early evenings in and around the area. The hotel itself is slightly dated but I found it clean, comfortable and my mattress was especially good and firm so I settled in very well quickly."
