"We were a party of 8 adults stayed there for 3 nights. Anthony (Host) was very good. He arranged us a Pickup van from Airport with some $$ (obviously). Our stay over there was amazing. All the must see places were very easily accessible by bus. Rooms were very clean with cutlery and utensils. Would definitely recommend this place."

"The person who met us to hand over the keys was very friendly and welcoming and location was fine eg proximity to coloseum for instance. However there were a few disappointing elements about the apartment eg mouldy shower curtains, blocked drains, no lid on the garbage bin, only 1 toilet roll/bathroom for a 4 night stay, flaking paint on window sills. It was an expensive apartment for what was provided and not in a particularly high standard of repair."

"I thought we were getting the entire apartment. Instead, we are SHARING the kitchen, living spaces with 5 other rooms. Our room was TINY, probably the smallest, shower I've ever had at a hotel. The outside of the building was covered in graffiti. Expedia should delist this property."

"Spacious 3 bedroom appartment with high ceilings and 3 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 rooms had small balconies with city views. Being on the last, 6th floor - had very little of city noise, even with windows wide open. A big plus is location, next to a grocery shop, food shops and metro station. "

"After arriving at the check-in hotel (which is 2 metro stops away from the apartment) we had an easy check-in. We found the apartment building easily but could regularly smell cigarettes. "Our family's stay at this hotel was very special. To begin with, I would say that the lady who served us was very kind and professional, always willing to resolve any concerns. The rooms are very spacious, the bathrooms are clean and spacious, and the kitchen has everything you need. "This hotel newly opened late December 2024 so has yet to have a full year in the hospitality but do not let that put you off. The staff are really friendly and help in any way they can. The location is in the suburbs of Rome and not in walking distance of the main tourist attractions but these are only a short bus ride away. The location allows for some peace away from the bustling city of Rome with some beautiful views. Our room was amazing, clean with good facilities including a coffee machine! I am sure as this hotel is oniy in its infancy within hospitality provision so likely to get even better. I woukd definitely stay here again if lucky enough to visit the beautiful city of Rome."
