"Stay was ok. Things I didn’t like: bed mattress was very hard. Shower was completely open. It’s only got a half glass wall, the rest is open. Water gets out…. It’s just weird! Also the shower head is a large rain type that only sprays straight down. Hard if you’re not washing your hair to not get it wet because you literally have to get underneath it. "The hotel itself is very nice it might even be new. They do housekeeping every other day which was fine we were there 3 days so housekeeping the middle day was fine with me. The 2 things I did notice was the last 2 days of my stay the breakfast was wiped out and not restocked. I also picked this hotel because it had a hot tub which was broken the entire stay. If your kids like a big pool this one is not real big so we chose to not use it and just to use the nearby hot springs instead."
