This one-bedroom cottage is fully furnished with a king bed, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and full-size washer and dryer. Located in the heart of downtown, you can walk to numerous restaurants (Riff Raff Brewery is steps away), shops, and rental bikes. Take fly fishing lessons, float the San Juan River, enjoy the parks, play Frisbee golf on Reservoir Hill, and soak in the world's deepest Hot Springs Resort. Ski at the Wolf Creek Ski Area, hike the Continental Divide, and the Weminuche and San Juan Wilderness Areas, and visit the Chimney Rock National Monument. Pagosa Springs is the front door to a world of outdoor recreation.

A great place for a couple
We are both over 67 and this was a very enjoyable place to stay - there were no surprises. the interior is up to date with a nice kitchen, bathroom, washer, and dryer. The location puts you in easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and bathhouses. We would stay here again.

My husband and I were on on a roadtrip that took us through Pagosa Springs for 4 nights and Little House in the Alley was one of the best place we stayed!! We stayed with our little dog 🐶 and the house really seemed more spacious than pictured. It was very clean comfortable bed and furniture! Would definitely stay here again when in Pagosa

We really enjoyed the little house on the alley. Every time I had a question, they responded quickly. I didn’t think about pool towels for the river and hot springs and they were gracious and quick to supply some for us. Perfect location to walk to town, Riff Raff brewery just steps away was a great spot with great food.
