"Rustic and charming log cabin. Almost no staff visible. Text for help. No breakfast, no food items for sale on property. Limited activities. At the base of the majestic Brazos Cliffs. Several miles from the highway and further yet to any retail. Heavily wooded. Wildlife in abundance. Enjoyed our stay, loved the wood-burning stove! Probably would not stay again nonetheless."

Cabin had everything we required including a big stack of firewood for the great fireplace setup. Our first time to this section of NM and we are already talking about returning in the summer months. "The house was great and had everything we needed especially in the kitchen! Lots of blankets and pillows and we slept very comfortably. The Christmas tree was very sweet. Everything was exactly as described and very roomy. It was about an hour to Pagosa Springs and about 2 hours from Santa Fe. The town has some cute little shops and restaurants. The train looks like a lot of fun but we visited in the off season so we didn't get to try in. "

"I don’t think there is enough space to list all of the great qualities of this property!! First of all the cabin is amazing! It was just the right size for the two of us and had everything we could possibly need. It is beautifully built with the perfect mix of modern meets nature. I don’t think you could get closer to the Conejos River without being IN it!! The sounds, the smells and the scenery exceeded expectations! We even heard, and then saw, a bull elk rounding up his cows one morning....
