"The house was amazing. Stayed the weekend to do college visits with my daughter. The house had everything we needed and more. The house was so clean, beds comfy and the hot tub was an amazing way to just relax and enjoy the beautiful views of lake Champlain. Kitchen was stocked great for any meals we made. "We enjoyed stay at ADK cottage with our family. Everything what we needed. Nice kitchen, lots of space. Very responsive host. We were during the snowstorm, the tractor came multiple times a day to clean the road. This quiet place and far from everything. But we enjoyed it and made trips to Lake Placid to dine out."

"It was disappointing, I will never stay with them again! Room wasn’t vacuumed or dusted, bathroom had pupil hairs on toilet seat, floor and walls in bathroom were disgusting. Pubic hairs on the bed sheet! Wrappers under bed! Hallway floors were not vacuumed and the door to go into the place has not been cleaned in awhile! Pool was out dated and freezing it was like doing the polar plunge in January. I would not recommend this place and the continental breakfast was not great so we when to...
