"Nice quiet clean place"

"The owner, Charles, was very helpful and friendly which made our late night check in easy. The place is safe and clean so it’s perfect if you’re traveling alone with a small child. Book directly with the hotel to save even more money which I will do for my next stay. I enjoyed my Tico breakfast with the other guests in the lovely outdoor dining area. The staff (ladies in the kitchen& front desk) were great too! "

"Room was very clean, bright and airy. Good shower and hot water. Good air conditioner, but wish they also had a fan. Friendly staff. Daytime noise from the street, but was quiet after around 9 pm."

"Akua Oceanview Suites was a wonderful place to visit. The villa was very clean and the view is just incredible! We enjoyed our own private dipping pool and we even saw a monkey in the trees below the villa. The only bad thing is the traffic noise from the street below when you are outside enjoying the pool and views. But once you close the sliding glass doors, it is very quiet. There are excellent restaurants close by and Jaco is just a short drive away. We enjoyed every minute and cannot wait...
