"Check in is smooth and since my BFF is from Canada, stephanie at the front desk has our back. Late ck outs when needed is easy and extra pillows is accompanied with a little one. "From beginning to end our stay was comfortable, we called ahead to see what time check in would be and since the room was ready early we were give the chance to check in early which is rare at hotels these days. When we arrived we were greeted by a nice lady at the front desk she made it very comfortable at check in. Was told about all the amenities which is also rare unless you ask about them. "No frills, low cost... Pros: easy parking, quiet location, spacious room. Cons: stained towels and sheets, non-functioning lights and fireplace, carpet coming up in places, dirty stovetop, hair in bathroom sink, faucet in kitchen dripped all night, no info provided for any Wifi or how to operate the very small TV...! I didn't expect much, given the low cost, but it was a bit disappointing. "
