"This place was far more than a 3 star. Only reason it may be a 3 star was due to the bed, but it did have a memory foam topper."

"Located close to the main station is a big plus and the station complex offers almost everything a traveller needs. Room was generally clean except the smell of cigarette smoke lingered. It was not a non-smoking room so it's understandable but it still a bit unpleasant. Staff was friendly and helpful and when I arrived on a heavy rainy night they let me borrow an adaptor for recharging my cell phone. Would like to thank them again here."

"Great Onsen and bedrock sauna on 9th floor and outside tub and room very good. Breakfast and dinner included buffet style not very good but it is optional, not many options nearby. Located in a residential area, high on a hill overlooking the bay so good views but not convenient."

"What a gem! The owner and her staff are kind, happy, knowledgeable and helpful. The sleeping area was quiet, everyone was respectful and the common area was a great place to hang in the evening when you are worn out from exploring. I wish i could give more stars. Ladies area had all the mod cons, dryers, straighteners, face cleaning wipes, a makeup table... great sleeping pods with fans and adjustable lighting and plenty of outlets. But it was really the staff and owner that made this a home...

"Conveniently located hotel just a short walk from Hiroshima Station. The room is larger than average for most Japanese hotels, clean, and quiet; there’s also free amenities and water downstairs. Another plus, the hotel is entirely smoke-free. You can find plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby too. Whenever I return to Hiroshima, I definitely would stay here again!"
