"I really loved how friendly all staff were. My Japanese isn't great, but they were friendly during all communications. The building is very convenient. Close by a lot of things. However, there was a lit of mould in the washroom. On the toilet paper holder, around the door. The beds and living area were comfortable."

"The hotel was near the Itsukushima Shrine, just around 5-min walk. Although it's not near the ferry port, the hotel provided a shuttle service upon arrival and departure. The staffs were so friendly and polite to us. The hotel itself felt quite historic, and as its name implies, it combines the beautiful views together, which you can see just from the window. "Very convenient location. Just be aware that front desk staff is not there between 7:00am and noon if you’re trying to store luggage then. Loved the view of the memorial museum."

"What a gem! The owner and her staff are kind, happy, knowledgeable and helpful. The sleeping area was quiet, everyone was respectful and the common area was a great place to hang in the evening when you are worn out from exploring. I wish i could give more stars. Ladies area had all the mod cons, dryers, straighteners, face cleaning wipes, a makeup table... great sleeping pods with fans and adjustable lighting and plenty of outlets. But it was really the staff and owner that made this a home...
