"We were there for the Big 12 basketball tournament, it was very easy to get to, the staff was very friendly check I and out was very easy, the room was very clean, we would definitely stay there again "

"Staff & guests are all very polite & respectful. I did not encounter any problems other than the dryers needed more than one cycle to dry a half load of clothes. This was not one dryer, but all of them. Everything else.was.great."

"We had to go to this hotel due to an issue we had with a previous hotel. We got there. The front desk attendant was nice was very hospitable was very kind to us helped our children. Learn with things were in the hotel overall a very friendly environment. The pool was working and functioning, which is always the highlight of a family trip for the children I just want to say thank you to the staff and thank you to the housekeepers. Thank you to everyone there. We had a great day."

The front desk man garrett was great and very helpful and attending. However the slide operator/pool area worker was terrible and I hate to say that. I can’t tell you how many time she scolded me and other families about no cake or balloons in rhe pool area. Even presents! Yet you can have regular food?
