"I’ve traveled all over Japan and this my worst stop. The staff is cordial enough, but it goes down from there… first, they charge you for everything from towels to ear plugs to toothbrushes. This was off-putting to say the least. Next, the sleeping area is filthy with the entrance filled with smelly shoes, bags scattered all over the floor, trash not emptied timely. The toilets were hit or miss I might add. The sleeping arrangement? I was unlucky enough to have a bed with a view of the bed next...

"The price point was great but you get what you pay for. Judging purely from the photos and reviews on Hotels.com, OUTDATED PHOTOS! Got there and the B.O and stench was unfathomable as we opened the door. I'd compare this accomodation to an all teenage boys flat. Accommodation for long term expats in a very low income neighbourhood. As a female, I didn't feel comfortable/safe going to the bathroom or shower alone without my bf. 3 mins walk from the red-light district! Saw no females or...

"You only have to walk 10 minutes to get to dotonbori. Clean place and not bad for dorm type abode. Owner is quite accommodating. You can leave your things after check out at 11am. Just make sure to get it at end if the day. They provide earplugs in case other residents seem noisy. Extended my stay here when storm shanshan hit. Found it comforting as its on the topmost floor. "

"The 6-8 pod room has views onto the cat shelter attached. My teen kids loved watching the cats through the windows. There are curtains for privacy. The room & private bath was clean and super fun for a night. Comes with access to lounge in adjacent hostel (which we did not need to use). Ladies at cat shelter very friendly and my kids could play with the cats for an hour as part of the room rental. Highly recommend if you love cats and want accommodation that is a bit different!"

"Staff very helpfull. Location near shopping center, Subway easy to reach. Have shampoo in barthroom. Towel you can rent from hostel. BUT bed have many dust I feel itch when use duvet."
