"I made this reservation with Hotels.com. I was not told that this was a bed and breakfast that was inside of an apartment building. We spent one whole day trying to find it. When we finally figured out where it was The front door was locked. We couldn’t figure out how to get in and weren’t able to talk to anyone. The biggest problem was lack of communication and language barrier. There were a lot of things that we were not told. Such as how to get into the building or contact the owner to let us...

"Darling hotel. Small room, as it was fitted with bunk beds along with the queen bed to accommodate our kids -- but it had so much charm and character and we were very comfortable. A balcony, pretty tile, and a nice breakfast in the morning. Extremely clean. Very short walk to the beach, and nice to stroll on a summer night on nearby Via Savoia, the busy street with vendors and shops. The hotel was quiet at night. "The room was very satisfactory. No complaints whatsoever. The location, while close to the action of bustling tourism, is seedy, with homeless encamped outside the entrance and was hard to find at first. The staff is very limited but were friendly and helpful. The breakfast voucher is to a bar which is fine, but seconds are on you. "
