"dirty, many cooking stuff not clean, dishwasher enable to do a complete cycle, air conditionning able to cool from 3 or 4 in the morning when cool enough outside, dogs barking all night, one night and day, swimming pool not as the picture as surounding has been redone with wood and give a strong sens of poor DIY results."

"A very nice house and region. Theobalds issues are the mosquitoes and the missing mosquito nets in the windows. But the hosts helped with mosquito repellent that was plugged to the electrical outlets."

Good points: enough space for 4 adults because of 2 separate bedrooms, very clean, all necessary equipment, nice green yard with small children playground, outdoor area with a barbecue zone, cooperative and helpful host. Could be better: would be great to have at least basic essentials like a soap, internet signal was poor, instructions how to avoid problems with...

" We stayed in villa Raffa with our family whilst we toured Sicily in mid August 2024. From the moment we checked in our host Giovanni made us feel very welcome and went through all logistics and attractions nearby. The villa itself was beautiful and in a great location only a few minutes drive from the beach. The pool was the highlight of our kid’s break especially it being salt water and without chlorine was a massive bonus for the little ones. The hot tub was not hot but the coldness of it...
