"They seem to be short staffed though it’s probably the norm for hotels like these but still very satisfied with my stay here. The room was very large especially for Japan and the staff was friendly and accommodating. It’s a bit of a walk to the station but doable. Try staying on the main road to the hotel. We took a back road after stopping at a convenient store and had to walk on a road with no sidewalk with our luggage. "

It is on the mountainside with great views, but you won't see the view from your room unless you choose a Japanese style room (the twin rooms are on the back of the hotel).
