"Location was a little further away than I expected but it was still a nice place to go. Had to walk up hill from Mirror lake and after ice skating your legs would definitely hurt. The room was clean and had an updated bathroom. "

"There was a lot to like ... the location is good, the hotel was clean, the parking lot was kept clear of new snow. But it's hard to get past the age of the building. There is a definite musty odor, but it's not too strong and is expected with a building this old. The floors are also quite slanted. I felt like I was walking down hill going from one side of my room into the bathroom. The thing I disliked the most was not having anyone at the front desk. "We had a great weekend starting with Shelley's warm welcome. Breakfast was very good, not a huge choice, but sufficient. The room was clean and well decorated with an après-ski cabin atmosphere. Just minutes from Whiteface Mountain. I absolutely recommend."
