"Overall, not a bad experience. A good deal for how affordable it was. It’s dated, but clean. There is a smoky smell, as others have mentioned, but not terrible, unless you’re particularly sensitive. I had to leave early due to a storm, so didn’t actually sleep here, but accommodations looked fine. Pretty spacious for a typical capsule style. It was definitely warm, though. "

"Cleanest of total 6 hostel/capsules I've stayed. The property is well maintained. Nothing falling apart or looks dirty. Large sitting lounge can sit 8-10 people comfortably. Most of my 13 nites stay I see only mostly 2-4 people in there. Sometimes there is a larger group. Large CLEAN & COMFORTABLE sitting lounge, not a large cafeteria w/just tables/chairs, promotes interaction amongst people. That is what happened there. "The hotel itself was a very nice stay but there was only one restaurant around and some of the staff seemed incredibly mad that we didn't speak Japanese. We were prepared to use google translate as we did with every other hotel we stayed at during our trip but the second she saw we didn't speak Japanese, she pushed us off onto another employee. I think she thought we were going to assume that she spoke English because she wasn't Japanese and that's probably the reason why she didn't want to deal...

Place was very clean had all the essentials and all for a good price place was quite the other guests where respectful with regards to noise and personal property would recommend anyone to stay here, centrally located also. Didn't try the in house restaurant, but the dessert/parfait operation they run at nice had some really delicious desserts and drinks.
