"1ヶ月以上前に予約していたのにダブルブッキングに合い、共有スペースでの滞在を余儀なくされた。ダブルブッキングと判明してからも従業員の対応はとても遅かった。何時間も待たされた挙げ句、返金額と支払い額が異なっていた。そして夜中にチェックインに来た外国人に起こされ、従業員は深夜不在のため、何故か私が対応。外国人に夜間連絡先へ電話してもらっても従業員が英語出来ないため、私が直接対応するはめになった。それなのに感謝も謝罪もなにもない。ふざけるな。こんなところ泊まらない方が良い。"

"古民家を改装した作りで落ち着いていてとても清潔感がありました。奈良公園からは少し離れていますがぶらぶらと周辺を散策しながら歩いていると古い町並みが見れて楽しかったです。"

We loved the feel of the hostel, with pretty gardens and spaces to linger in, feeling like we'd stepped back in time. It was very quiet when we stayed with few other guests, although the restaurant filled up at dinner time (great food!). The Naramachi area nearby was fantastic to wander through and it was easy to get to the bus or just walk to some of the sights of Nara."

"It was very convenient but the bed was very cold. The upper bunks were hot so I wore my jacket and two pants to sleep. Otherwise a nice hostel. Nowhere to hang anything in the bathroom and shower area. Nice if towels were included."

"静かで落ち着ける所・・駅に近く,観光名所にも近いです。 初日にわかったのですが奈良公園の鹿は鹿せんべいよりも食パンのほうが好きみたいでしたので毎日奈良公園の鹿にエサのパンをやりに行っていました。この宿泊所は長期滞在者にはとても貴重な存在かも知れませんね。"
