"Great quality and lovely rooms and bathroom. Big double shower and bath. Loved the facility of water dispenser on each floor with decanter in room.. Coffee machine and fridge great. Safety deposit safe great. We managed to check in 2 hours earlier than we thought. Brilliant 👏. Spot on location wise in grassmarket and view of the castle. We will definitely use again. "

"That the window had been lodged open from the outside we were in a basement room overlooking the street level above, the window had been lodged open with an empty beer bottle and we had no idea on returning to thd room later that night as there is a single glass sliding window within the frame and we were cold and put it down to the location. "Parking isnt great but the location is fantastic. Only reason i was a bit annoyed is the worls going on inside. No warning or sign to stop you walking into a corridor full of electric cabled hanging down. Had to go up a floor across the building and back down to get to our room. Reception never mentioned it. Other than that it was a fantastic stay"

" Amazing location being in Edinburgh, would def stay again. The room was perfect for what I needed as well as breakfast being included was a plus. The only and biggest downfall is the parking is a NIGHTMARE. I was driving a Hyundai Kona and the parking garage they suggested the entrance was so skinny I couldn’t get my car in without risking damaging it. While I understand that is a “me issue” I wish the property would communicate beforehand multiple parking options for their guests. I only knew...
