"We had a warm welcome. Our room was on the small side for a twin and there was a huge tv completely in front of the mirror! The bathroom felt recently decorated and was very clean. We had bad neighbours fighting during the night but the staff managed to sort the problem out after an hour.(3-4am!) Paige helped us with a misunderstanding over the swimming pool in the morning and we enjoyed a warm clean swim. The spa man was friendly. "This hotel is on the edge of a mini shopping centre but only 15 min easy drive to the city center. It was easy to find, plenty of free parking. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate with all the added extras. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and will probably stay again."

"Staff were nice and friendly, the room was a set up to high standard . There was also a hairdryer which was good because it rained the night before, so could dry clothes. Lift good !
