"The place is under new management who offered a warm welcome, a clean room, done up the place as best they could. The place still has a few issues from being taken over eg shower not draining well and a new mattress due but the new team are trying hard to make a go of it and are trying to make good."

"Interesting place. Really need a group of friends there to take full advantage of everything on offer from renting the whole house and private dining to having a wild party in one of the great past spaces they have created. Everything very high quality and well designed. "

"The staff was friendly and quickly filled our requests. The gardens have great potential,however, we were there before the full season. Loved seeing the beautiful old Bentley's. The full English breakfast was bounteous and very good. We enjoyed making a cup of coffee in the evening in our room.
