"What can we say other than “absolutely fabulous “. The house is amazing with beautiful views and facilities. Every bedroom is a good size so no one felt disadvantaged . The pool is perfect and beautifully warm . A big advantage is the local pub where we enjoyed a wonderful Sunday Roast . We felt very privileged to stay here and will visit again ."

"This a sizeable property and well placed for easy access to Beach, Town and shops. It has 5 bedrooms including a downstairs bedroom and en-suite. Some updating needed of facilities which has been fed back. However, this was a great success as it’s very hard to find suitable accommodation for people with mobility issues and I was staying with my parents who are 88 & 89 respectively. "Very nice stay in a lovely house in the heart of Brixham."

"Brixham is beautiful. The property has amazing views. Shower over bath, ok ISH, but the tap leaks. It also leaks in the kitchen. No recycling and the outside bin was full to the brim. We paid extra £100 for linen and was expected to strip beds on vacating. Think this is a bit much to ask when you have to vacate at 9.30am and the fact we paid extra £100 for this service. "Overall, we had a relatively seamless and happy stay at this house and enjoyed our time on the south coast. The house is beautifully furnished, if a little tired in places. We had an issue with the hot water on arrival but the property managing company were efficient and communicative and the problem was quickly resolved. Unfortunately, this did leave us to discover that the security camera that is positioned over the patio and hot tub was streaming to a laptop inside the locked boiler cabinet....
